Capital Campaigns
We can work with you and your team to take your capital campaign through four phases:
Discovery
Are you ready for a campaign? We can help you answer that question; define the use of campaign funds and craft key messaging; and provide a campaign plan and timeline for success.
Planning
We can develop campaign materials, advise on structure and leadership, collaborate to develop your donor-recognition plan, and draft a communications plan.
Implementation
We can identify and research prospective donors, assist with raising lead gifts during the quiet phase of the campaign, and help transition it to the public phase.
Follow-Up
Your campaign was a success! We can help with post-campaign follow-up, including donor recognition and special event(s), and address the integration of new campaign donors into your annual fundraising efforts.
Proposal Review
We can review, edit, proofread, and provide suggested revisions for grant proposals, case statements, and other documents written by you and your staff.

Case Statements
We can prepare case statements—for both your organization as a whole and specific programs—and help you make compelling arguments for funder support.
Grant Management
Meeting the deadline isn’t the end of the grant request—it’s just the beginning! We can manage back-office functions—from keeping the grants calendar and writing follow-up emails to scheduling calls and coordinating site visits. We make sure your organization never falls off a funder’s radar screen.
We can also remove the burden of grant reporting by tracking deadlines and working with your program staff to prepare all report components.
